Lifetime Guarantees and Refunds

I believe strongly in the jewelry I make and the materials I use, but sometimes something goes awry and I understand this. I offer my lifetime guarantee as a safeguard against life's little mishaps. About my lifetime guarantee: The "weakest" part of any bracelet or necklace is the clasp/crimp area. Even with the utmost care, sometimes a clasp can pop or be pulled off. I will fix any sort of damage like this for FREE. If you live very far away, I may ask to be compensated for shipping, but this only applies to overseas shipping rates which are a great deal higher than shipping here in America. If a bead or crystal is badly chipped or broken due to neglect or rough play I will restring the bracelet or necklace for a small re-stringing fee and shipping. Ultimately, I want any jewelry you buy from me to last as long as possible, and I promise to service anything I have made for the lifetime of the piece! Shipping Fees: To me: Whatever it costs to mail it according to your tastes. This includes insurance etc. From me back to you: FREE International: Cost of shipping From me to you: Half the cost of shipping if it is over $5 USD. Restringing Fees: Popped clasp or broken crimp: FREE Naturally broken bead: (One that cracks because of an unseen bubble or crack in the bead) FREE Chipped or Cracked Bead due to rough wear or carelessness: (I swear I don't know how my dog got it in her mouth!) The very small cost of replacing the beads, plus a $10 restringing fee for materials and labour. Broken or chipped multi strand necklace or bracelet: $35 dollars and up, depending on the piece. Not only for the materials, but also for the time to repair the item. Multi strand necklaces and bracelets take longer to string, and if you piece was a true one of a kind asymmetrical item, it will take even longer, since I will basically have to guess how to put it back together. As I mentioned before, I will usually repair an item for free, since I seldom get a piece returned to me looking like a dingo ate it. Your bracelet or necklace will be shipped back to you in a small box for safety durning shipping. REFUNDS: I only offer refunds 30 days after the items HAS ARRIVED. I will not refund shipping, because it seems like a nominal fee, but it really adds up. I refund for items that do not fit, but please see resizing information below. I do not refund for buyer's remorse (this applies to etsy and e-bay only) and I WILL dispute any return charges made after 30 days. This is for my own safety. Refunds for Refits: Much like restringing for broken items, if you get a bracelet and it is entirely too large, or ridiculously too small, I will restring it for you. However, if the listing clearly had the dimensions listed, You WILL be charged a restringing fee. It is $5 to restring a bracelet to make it smaller and $7 to restring a bracelet to make it bigger. If I am making an item significantly bigger you will be charged $10 to cover materials including the beading wire and extra beads. You will also be charged shipping. As always, if you have any questions you can always contact me through Etsy or mail me.
